Baxter Care Communications
As a senior designer on the R&D team, I led UX from Phase Zero for a new product that aids in caregiver communications. I also designed refinements for three systems of hardware, software, firmware and products with medical device classification to improve caregiver workflow with goals of reducing risk and improving patient outcomes.
